Jeremiah 19:6-8

⁶ therefore, behold, ^(A)days are coming,” declares the Lord, “when this place will no longer be called ^(B)Topheth or ^(C)the Valley of Ben-hinnom, but rather the Valley of Slaughter. ⁷ And I will ^(D)frustrate the planning of Judah and Jerusalem in this place, and ^(E)I will make them fall by the sword before their enemies and by the hand of those who seek their life; and I will make their ^(F)carcasses food for the birds of the sky and the animals of the earth. ⁸ I will also turn this city into an object of ^(G)horror and ^[a]hissing; ^(H)everyone who passes by it will be appalled and ^[b]hiss because of all its ^[c]disasters.
